Refund Policy (SSL)
1. Reservation & Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount (or 100% for selected accommodations such as Laban Rata Resthouse) is required to confirm your reservation.

The full balance must be settled at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.

Failure to make the final payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of your booking, without refund of any payments made.
2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time or reason for cancellation.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or any unused portions of the reservation.

No amendments or changes to the reservation dates, room type, or guest details are permitted once the booking has been confirmed.
3. Third-Party Bookings

Guests who book through third-party platforms are advised to refer to the respective platform’s terms and conditions, as they may offer refundable booking options subject to their own policies.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or official park closures, management will review cases individually. However, the general policy of non-refundability remains applicable unless otherwise stated.
