Refund Policy (SSL)

1. Reservation & Payment Terms
 

  • A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount (or 100% for selected accommodations such as Laban Rata Resthouse) is required to confirm your reservation.
     

  • The full balance must be settled at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.
     

  • Failure to make the final payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of your booking, without refund of any payments made.
     

2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
 

  • All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time or reason for cancellation.
     

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or any unused portions of the reservation.
     

  • No amendments or changes to the reservation dates, room type, or guest details are permitted once the booking has been confirmed.
     

3. Third-Party Bookings
 

  • Guests who book through third-party platforms are advised to refer to the respective platform’s terms and conditions, as they may offer refundable booking options subject to their own policies.
     

4. Exceptional Circumstances
 

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or official park closures, management will review cases individually. However, the general policy of non-refundability remains applicable unless otherwise stated.
