1. Booking Confirmation

• Across Borneo Tours will not be liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documents.
   

4. Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or delays.
   

5. Itinerary Changes
 

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

• Substitutions of equal or better value will be provided where possible.
   

6. Liability
 

Across Borneo Tours acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.) and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third parties.
 

7. Code of Conduct
 

Travelers must behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a tour without refund due to misconduct.
