Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client
 

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
   

2. Cancellation by Across Borneo Tours
 

• Full refund or option to reschedule if a tour is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics).

• No compensation is provided for cancellations due to factors beyond our control.
   

3. No Shows or Early Departures
 

• No refund will be issued for no-shows or early departures from the tour.
   

4. Amendments
 

• Amendments (date changes) are allowed up to 14 days before travel, subject to availability and a possible administrative fee.
   

5. Refund Process
 

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
